Shipping Times

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:

• North America & Europe: 8–15 business days
• Middle East & North Africa: 8–25 business days
• Australia & Asia-Pacific: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 12–30 business days

Note: These are estimates. Delays due to customs or local postal services are outside our control, but we will provide tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by contacting us at contact@bwcshop.online with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 45 days of shipping, contact us immediately. We will reship or refund at no extra cost.
